Hours of Operation

We are open Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Late Collection Policy

We understand that unexpected delays happen. If you anticipate being late, please inform us in advance.

The first 30 minutes after closing will not incur a fee.

Up to one hour late will incur a $20 fee.

More than one hour late will incur a $40 fee.

Parental Contributions

To ensure a smooth and enriching experience for all children in our care, we appreciate parents contributing the following:

• Nappies & Wipes: Parents are required to supply nappies for their child. We also ask for contributions to our communal wipes supply.

• Formula: If your baby is formula-fed, please provide an adequate supply of their specific formula, clearly labeled with your child's name and the preparation instructions.

• Spare Clothes: Accidents happen! Please provide at least one complete change of clothes (including socks and underwear if applicable) in a labeled bag. This will help us ensure your child remains comfortable throughout the day.

• Comfort Items: If your child has a special blanket, toy, or pacifier that helps them feel secure, please feel free to send it along. Please ensure these items are clearly labeled.

• Weekly Sheet Contribution (Mondays/Fridays):

  • To help us maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we kindly request that each family provides one fitted cot sheet per week.

  • Please send a freshly laundered fitted sheet on Mondays, in a bag labeled with your child's name.

  • We will return the used sheet to you on Fridays, ready for laundering over the weekend.

Fee Structure

Our fee structure is designed to be flexible and affordable:

• Enrolment Fee: $30.00

• Half-Day Morning Session: $20.00

• Half-Day Afternoon Session: $20.00

• Full Day: $40.00

• Full Week: $160.00 ($40 discount per week, sibling is 20% Discount)

Important Notes on Fees

• Advance Booking Required: Days must be booked in advance.

• Absences Due to Health: If notice is provided, fees are reduced to 50%.

• Holidays:

  • With one month’s notice, you are entitled to two weeks without fees per year.

  • With less than a month’s notice, 50% of fees apply.

  • If no notice is given, full fees apply.

• Continued Absences: Unexplained extended absences may result in placement being offered to the waitlist.

We appreciate your understanding of our fee policies. As a non-profit organisation, all fees contribute to the Centre’s operations, staff salaries, and essential resources to provide quality care.
